Our second week of Outsourcing begins today! You may wonder why we decided to cover outsourcing two weeks in a row. We have many reasons, but here are two:
First, the holiday season is coming. For many business owners this means much more work. The holidays are generally busier with not only more orders and business, but also more family get-togethers and social occasions. All of these things require more of your time and presence. When you outsource some of your work, even on a temporary basis, you can have time to do other things that are more important.
Second, when we announced Outsourcing as a week-long theme, our faculty and speakers felt it so important, they wanted to do additional webinars and provide more articles. They felt that StomperNet Members and StomperNet visitors needed to learn how powerful and beneficial outsourcing can and should be. Business owners know how much outsourcing has helped their businesses and you should know how much it could help yours.
Each person you outsource to adds a new set of skills to your business. These skills would take extra time for you to learn, skills that you may not do as well or have the time to learn. Or maybe you just need a change that only someone else can bring. Also keep in mind the work that you really do not enjoy doing, can easily be done by someone else! This will allow you to focus on your "genius" work.
