This week is a big week for us at StomperNet. It may seem like a strange week to say that, but we Love Our Customers. That is why the theme for this Valentine's week is "Love Your Customers".
You have heard us mention it costs much more to get new customers than to keep your previous ones or to sell them more goods or services. But it does require subtle efforts, or even a "little love" to keep those customers and clients coming back. While it may sound unprofessional, love is the key. It is a growing trend that works.
Recently, our Director of Online Presence has been talking this book she is reading, "Lead with Luv". This book is about how Southwest Airlines treats their employees and customers with love. This "love" is one of the main reasons they are able to have continued success in an industry that has faced huge financial losses.
It doesn't take much to make this kind of difference. Sending your best customers a simple gift of appreciation can make huge differences in their perception of you. If you give them that little extra "love" then you not only will you keep a loyal customer but they will be more likely to recommend your company with others. Acknowledging and promoting your clients' successes is another way to grow your business with love.
