Yesterday you may have experienced some trouble logging in and posting using MarketMeSuite during the unscheduled downtime of our platform.
Here's why it happened:
We've been getting such an amazing response to Inbox For Social that we needed to make some upgrades to the back end of MarketMeSuite, including our hosting. We performed the upgrades, but did not anticipate the downtime. Unfortunately, things just didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped.
Things are returning to normal now but, if you have any trouble, please click on the feedback and support button at the bottom of the dashboard to let us know!
The good news?
We've made improvements that will make your MarketMeSuite experience better and faster than ever before. We've also paved the way for some powerful new features that we'll be announcing very soon!
