Hey Friend, my friend Tellman sent me this story and I thought you should hear it too:

"He had short cropped salt and pepper hair
and looked to be in his mid 50's.

His skis were a newer model but not brand new.
He wore a beat up skiing helmet covered in
stickers with scratched goggles perched on the rim.

It was easily apparent he had a full season
of skiing under his belt...

He wasn't the type to sit in the warm ski lodge
simply talking about skiing.

His name was Sam and he'd joined both of us on
the 4 seat chairlift. There was just enough room
for the three of us to stretch our legs and elbows
in anticipation of the next downhill run...

It was a cold and windy 15 minutes to the top of the
mountain so we proceeded to get acquainted.

We soon found out Sam was a regular adventurer. He
mentioned a recent mountain biking trip where he rented
an entire house next to the trails and rode every day.

Sam told us in the mornings he'd work on his laptop for
awhile until "his toes started to tap" and then he'd
go biking for the rest of the day.

Suddenly we realized, he was one of us!

A walking, talking example of someone who
makes their living online from a laptop.

- and spends their days doing exactly what
they love most.

It was totally inspiring because we often hear
about people making a good living online, but
flesh and blood examples are often difficult to find."

Of course, it's probably because they're too busy having fun :-)

You probably know that I also spend most of my time traveling, meeting new people and seeing new places.
