Being a business owner means realizing that you cannot always do everything yourself. You have a limit on time just like everyone else. Just because you own a business, doesn't get you more hours in the day. If anything, you have less, because you are your main employee, boss, and grunt worker, all while trying to fit in a personal life as well.
So it becomes important to decide where your time is best spent. Sometimes that means hiring someone else to do jobs so you have more time. Other times you must realize that you need to prioritize tasks to produce more income in lieu of what you might spend on someone else.
It is never easy to make this decision. Nor is it easy to know how to go about finding and hiring people you can use to build your business. Yet, the benefits far outweigh the bit of uncertainty you might face. Most successful entrepreneurs recognize that in order to become profitable, they need a successful team.
