Start organizing your to do list by daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly. Keep your daily lists short, limiting it only to what you can truly accomplish in one day. It makes it easier to keep track of everything that needs doing and helps you schedule the time for it.

Reducing For Your Business Success

Over the past several weeks, my wife and I have been going through our house room by room, and de-junking.
During this process, I have come to two conclusions. One, we have accumulated a lot of "stuff" over the years. This stuff, which I lovingly refer to as junk, has amassed in our closets, drawers, attic, basement etc. Most of it will not likely ever be used again but is kept just in case there is that one time we may possibly need it. I'm not really a pack rat but I was really taken aback by the piles of stuff we have accrued.
The second conclusion I reached is that when faced with the hassle of transporting all that stuff to a new location or simply getting rid of it - the decision was easy. It's amazing how quickly the mind can process the usefulness of an item and determine if it is really needed or if it is simply junk, when you have to move it. I have found the process quite liberating.
