As a smart business owner, you must accept your responsibility in this relationship or it may never grow into a quality relationship. To build that quality relationship, you should provide useful and valuable information that is relevant to the original content that encouraged them to initially join. Make certain your content is interesting and your newsletter titles are appealing.
When you build a quality relationship, your list will continue to be responsive to your emails and more of your list will remain with you. The longer they stay with you, the more likely they are to buy or become a repeat buyer. Your customer list will continue to grow which also helps your business succeed.
